Head to the place Arnaud-Bernard for
regular daytime cafe-lounging, place du
Capitole for the early evening meeting
place or place Winson and the popular
place St-Georges that also attract lots
of enthusiasts.
There are several good areas to look
for a place to eat. Visit rue de la
Colombette, in the St-Aubin district
which is one of the most attractive and
fashionable, place des Tiercerettes,
just north of St-Sernin, rue du Taur,
with a number of Vietnamese places and
sandwich bars, and the narrow rue du
May, with pasta places and restaurants -
for a wide choice of places to eat
out.
But if you look for lunch, there is
no surpassing the row of five or six
small restaurants jammed in line on the
mezzanine floor above the gorgeous food
market place Victor-Hugo. |
