When to Go
 
With hot summers and mild winters, Toulouse enjoys temperate, Mediterranean-style weather.  Be aware of the school holidays and millions of French holiday makers during Christmas and New Year, mid-February to mid-March, Easter,  July and August.  

If you skip the high season, the time of your visit to Toulouse would coincide with either September's Piano Jacobins or Jazz sur Son 31, an international jazz festival held in October.

Foire Internationale de Toulouse - March 25 - April 04, 2005

Rencontres Cinemas D'Amerique Latine - March 11-20, 2005

The cinema Festival of Latin American which proposed a varied panorama of the Latino-American recent film events through the 4 Competition sections together with a selection from the non-competitive sections: Panorama, Discovery and Special Independent Cinema Discovery, Documentaries, Short films, Schools works, Cinema and Literature as well as Art video. 

Rio Loco - June 17-20, 2005

The Garonne Festival Rio Loco rolls back the cultural barriers between the peoples of the world.  Each year, the river Garonne plays host to another of the world's great rivers where music, exhibitions, theatre and dance are a find blend of different cultures.  For the next edition, Rio Loco welcomes Velho Chico, Brazil.

Feria de Toulouse Fenouillet - June 23-26, 2005

4 days of Feria with an arena that can be dismantled and welcoming 9,000 aficionados in the warm atmosphere of the Campo de Feria with its bodegas, cantinas, bandas, and the groups of sevillanas and flamenco.

Toulouse d'Eté - July - August

A musical extravaganza will take place at the height of summer in July and August, on the initiative of the Toulouse local authorities, with around two musical events each week. This is a new musical festival combining cultural heritage and creation. 

Printemps de Septembre - September - October

Printemps de Septembre is a photographic festival that is inspirational, educational and free-spirited in terms of its content, the Spring of September is a hymn to the image under all its forms. 

Festival Toulouse Les Orgues  - October

For one hour or for two weeks, this is the great celebration of the organ and is not to be missed. The concerts take place in renowned places such as Saint-Sernin basilica, church of the Jacobins.......
